All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Hinokami Collectibles. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold for review, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Suspected abuse of purchase limits.

• Use of multiple customer profiles to obtain quantities exceeding established limits.

• Use of automated purchasing software, bots, scripts, or similar technologies.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Resale activities that negatively impact product availability for other customers.

• Pricing, inventory, or listing errors.

• Orders associated with individuals who have previously violated our purchasing policies.

• Any order that we determine to be inappropriate, suspicious, or inconsistent with the intent of our purchasing policies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the customer will be refunded through the original payment method.

Customer Restrictions

Customers found to be violating this policy may have current orders canceled and may be restricted or permanently prohibited from making future purchases through Hinokami Collectibles.

Hinokami Collectibles reserves the right to modify, update, interpret, and enforce this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy.
